Refunds for Purchases Made via the Website:- Trial Period: If a trial period is offered, subscribers may cancel their subscription without incurring charges during this time.
- Non-refundable Subscription Post-Trial: Once any offered trial period has expired and a subscription fee has been paid, the subscription becomes non-refundable.

Adding New UsersThe primary account holder may add new users to the account at any time, based on the prevailing subscription pricing. When new users are added:
- A new subscription period of 12 months is initiated for all users under the account.
- Any remaining duration from the previous subscription period will be credited to the account.3. User ChangesIn addition to adding new users, we offer the flexibility to change designated users associated with your subscription. You are allowed to change up to two (2) users per subscription per year. To initiate a user change, please contact our customer support team through the designated communication channels. Our team will assist you in the user change process. User changes can only be made within the limits specified in your subscription plan and are subject to approval by our team.4. Cancellation PolicyThe primary account holder may cancel the subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will continue until the end of the current subscription period, after which it will terminate, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.5. Use of SoftwareThe Software is designed to run exclusively on macOS operating systems. Any attempt to use or install the Software on non-macOS systems is strictly prohibited. Installations of downloaded Software are only permissible for current, active account users. Enforcement and Remediation: Kigasho will take appropriate action if a license is used in ways that contravene these terms. This may include warnings, functionality limitations, or license termination, especially in cases where a license is exploited to support multiple groups or large-scale organizational operations.11. Performance and Liability11.1 Performance: Yes 2011 Limited strives to ensure that Kigasho (the "Software") performs translations and transcriptions with a high degree of accuracy. However, due to the complexities and nuances of language and the limitations of artificial intelligence technology, we do not guarantee that the outputs generated by the Software will be error-free or suitable for every context or purpose.11.2 Human Verification: Users acknowledge and agree that any translations or transcriptions created by the Software are generated through automated means and, as such, should be reviewed and verified by a qualified human professional to ensure accuracy, especially when used for critical, legal, or official purposes. The responsibility for the final verification and use of the Software's outputs rests solely with the User.11.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yes 2011 Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to, use of, or reliance on any translations or transcriptions generated by the Software; (b) any errors or inaccuracies in such translations or transcriptions; or (c) any decisions, actions, or inactions taken by you on the basis of the outputs provided by the Software.11.4 Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yes 2011 Limited and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from or in connection with (a) their use of the Software; (b) their violation of these Terms; (c) their violation of any rights of another party; or (d) their failure to comply with applicable law.12.
